‣ Context engineering & Agent Skills: bringing Decathlon's Tech Radar, Design System, Knowledge Graph and internal API registry into agentic workflows for relevant AI responses; co-designing org-level, versioned, reusable skills shared across digital teams.
‣ Platform & guardrails: building a context-first platform that orchestrates the full lifecycle with autonomous agents, a one-click installer and no learning curve; defining vibe-coding policies, quality practices and standards.
‣ Enablement & scope: scaling through trainings, documentation, monthly community calls and talks across Decathlon Digital—every unit, domain and digital role involved in the SDLC.

‣ Responsible for the engineering aspects of an evolving cross-platform Design System used by 150+ products that helps build consistent interfaces following the guidelines provided by designers.
‣ Facilitate the adoption of the Design System and ensure the best outcome for stakeholders.
‣ Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders (UX designers, product managers, marketing managers, and developers).

‣ Support Front-End developers, recruit, improve individual and collective performance, and ensure the career progression of these engineers.
‣ Carry the tech/architecture dimension and related roadmaps within product teams, leading expertise (technical debt management, security, quality, robustness, and performance).
‣ Collaborate actively with Product Managers to ensure a shared understanding of the product roadmap within the Sport Leader Experience teams (commerce) and ensure its proper implementation in technical solutions.
